What should I expect on my first pest control appointment?
We will arrive at your home fully equipped, we will then perform a thorough inspection of your premises, depending on our findings we will take the appropriate action to remedy your issue.

It's certainly is effective against coronavirus(covid-19) as we use BS EN 1276 certified virucides detergents, it also kills Swine Flu, HIV, Hepatitis C, MRSA, Clostridium Difficile (C. Diff), Common food poisoning bacteria, mould, mildew, fungi, yeast.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured.
What should I expect on my first appointment?
Do I have to prepare for the treatment?
No, there is no need to prepare for the treatment. please ensure that our technician has access to all areas.
Do I need to pay for congestion charge and parking charges?
Yes. The Client will have to arrange suitable parking or pay the parking charges and cover Congestion Charge cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards and cash payments.
Do you provide me with an invoice and report?
Yes, you will receive both via email.
What is BS EN 1276
BS EN 1276 is the European standard for the bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants. To pass this standard, products must prove a germ kill rate of 99.9999% with a 5 minute contact time.
What type of properties is this suitable for?
Suitable for domestic and commercial properties
Can I be at home during the antiviral sanitation process?
The process will take from 1 hour, we recommend the occupants leave the property prior commencement of the treatment, once the treatment has been completed, return after 1 hour and open windows for ventilation.
